Exactly the kind of photo I like. Of course the original negative of this photo is a colour one, you may made a request to the San Diego Air & Space Museum to get a Hi-Res scan. What is fascinating is that many and many manufacturers “official” photos (like Convair”) where with colour negatives, not B&W.

Pilot is M.C. “Bill” Terry. Later Cessna project mgr on T-38 and project Mgr on F-106 (Holloman). Alive in Hemet, CA, as of 6/2014. WWII p-38 pilot.
